Model Text Easel
Teacher uses the Demonstration Easel and color-coded, dry erase markers to actively model annotations and take notes to facilitate literacy discussion during small group time.
Included in each close reading lesson plan are remediation and enrichment tips. This may involve guided questions, graphic organizers, or writing extensions for after the final read.
Kits include model text specifically selected for meaningful practice in literature and poetry, or informational text.
