Why are you changing your name?
The educational community is going through unprecedented change, and we think it’s important to be really clear about our identity, our purpose, and how we help educators successfully navigate change. We believe that learning requires more than lecture and memorization: students learn best by doing. To optimize learning, students need to experience hands-on learning solutions that range from curriculum-based manipulatives to engaging digital applications.
As such, we are changing our name to ETA hand2mind. We want our name to resonate with educators the way our educational materials connect with teachers and students.
Will there be any changes to the availability of products that I have purchased from ETA/Cuisenaire in the past?
No. All products in our current ETA/Cuisenaire catalogs and listed on etacuisenaire.com and hand2mind.com, along with any custom kits, will continue to be available for purchase through ETA hand2mind.
Are there changes to how I should place orders or receive support?
No. All office telephone and fax numbers will remain the same. The ETA hand2mind corporate telephone number will remain (800) 445-5985, and our fax number will remain (800) 875-9643. Email addresses will change to follow the format of: first initial, last name @hand2mind.com. (Example: John Smith jsmith@hand2mind.com). However, emails sent to “etacuisenaire.com” email addresses will continue to be delivered.
I am a customer billed by ETA/Cuisenaire. Should payments now be made payable to ETA hand2mind instead of ETA/Cuisenaire?
Yes. Make payments to ETA hand2mind. Please click here to obtain an updated W9 for your records. Check back for a dedicated link to the form. Payments should still be sent to: 6642 Eagle Way, Chicago, IL 60678-1066.
Does ETA hand2mind need a new tax certificate from our business reflecting the new name change?
Yes. We would appreciate a new tax certificate on file with our new name. Please email an updated one to: credit@hand2mind.com.
Was the name change required? Was ETA/Cuisenaire acquired by a new company?
No. Ownership of the company is the same.
What does the name change mean for ETA hand2mind?
We will continue to champion learning by doing through our core capabilities of:

Do you have a new website address?
Yes. Our URL address will change to http://www.hand2mind.com, and the content on the site reflects the name change. http://www.etacuisenaire.com will automatically redirect to hand2mind.com.
Will the ETA/Cuisenaire Facebook page change?
Yes. The content and name of our Facebook page will change to reflect the name change: www.facebook.com/etahand2mind

Yes! We will continue to promote and sell our best-selling Cuisenaire Rods, along with our other products such as VersaTiles, Reading Rods, Home Team Advantage, and many more.
