What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are
not pleased with your merchandise, contact
us or call Customer Service at 800-445-5985. Please have your packing
list available. Merchandise that does not meet with your approval may be returned
in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or
exchange. Computer software and video tapes may be returned only if unopened
and in resalable condition. Defective software or video tapes may be exchanged
for an identical item. Unless the return is based on our error,
we cannot refund shipping charges. Note: All sales of clearance outlet merchandise
are final-these items may not be returned. If an error occurred during your
ordering process or in packaging, please contact a Customer Service Representative
at 800-445-5985.
Before returning any merchandise, be sure to contact us or call our Customer Service Department first to receive a Return Authorization Number to include with your return documents.
All credit and return paperwork is processed within two business days. Credit to the account is processed as soon as the merchandise is received.
