This specially designed set of 52 polygons has interrelated pieces that are convex and concave, regular and irregular, curved and straight, and tessellating and non-tessellating. These unique shapes are identified by the letters of the alphabet (A-Z) and have numbered angles that help students investigate a variety of geometric ideas. The set includes two polygons of each shape in two colors (green and orange) and the Learning with AlphaShapes Teacher's Guide. These transparent shapes are also ideal for use with overheads. Grades 3-12.
