Our low price guarantee applies to all new, factory sealed products of the same brand and style that are available and in stock at any authorized US retail store or catalog. This price protection plan does not apply to limited-quantity offers, manufacturer's rebates, closeouts, clearances, bulk quantity items, or typographical errors.

Why do I need an ad to prove someone else has a lower price?
Because ETA hand2mind does not have stores throughout the US, it would be extremely difficult to verify low prices in local stores throughout the US without an advertisement.

Will you beat the prices at another Internet retailer or membership warehouse?
We cannot honor these prices because it is difficult to verify stock availability. Unlike ETA hand2mind, these stores do not always fully stock their items or have them readily available. Our fully stocked warehouse ensures that not only will you receive what you order, but you'll receive it quickly.

Adjustments can be made for sale items found on our site within fourteen days of purchase. Just mail us your receipt and we will send you the difference. Adjustments do not apply to one day sales, clearance items, closeout specials, free giveaways, or "multi-product" incentives.
